Resolved Question: Who will rent a car to a 20 year old around Colorado Springs airport?

I am 20, I am heading from RDU(airport in NC) to COS, I MUST have a ride for a day. I cant afford a taxi as the drive is an hour and a half to Canon City and at the end of the day an hour and a half back. I am wanting to spend under $100 total for 1 day car rental, that includes the gas(going straight there and back) and insurance as well as any fee for being a younger person. I need to be able to pick it up early in the morning around 6am but I will also need to be able to drop it off at the latest by 10pm. I am not in the military, I am not a member of any company, just an average joe. I dont know anyone in CO to drive me and this is strictly a quick business trip but I am on a time schedual. Any help would be great. Breezenet didnt help at all as I cannot even find the age option people keep refering to. I have a DL and a Debit Card along with insurance already.
