Open Question: I need to move to Colorado Springs, CO. I have been a property manager. How can I get work before I move?

Please help me. I need to be closer to my family. I need to know if there is any place that helps with relocating and work when doing so. I have worked as a property manager for Mobile Home Parks, Resorts, and apartments for several years but am having a hard time getting anyone to interview me because I am so far away at the moment.
